Legacy Logistics began operations as Empire Hauling in early 2005 and later expanding to Right of Way Transport. Our focus has been in the LTL transportation of equipment and parts.

We are a woman/minority owned company with a staff of 21 full time employees. Our management team has twenty plus years collectively in the ground transportation industry. Our strong emphasis on Safety and Time Management has earned a stellar safety and on-time delivery record.

Legacy Logistics is financially solvent, having secured a $1,000,000.00 line of credit with Bank of The West and having $500,000.00 in cash reserves as part of our annual operating budget. Our cash and equipment assets total $2,500,000.00.

We have open accounts with both Ryder and Penske truck rentals for emergency re-power events.
